What are some of the best things about your team?
Dedication, experience, genuinely great people trying their hardest to be productive and effective for patients.
Many of them have the "spirit" to show up and perform each day. None of my team are slackers or cheats. All of us are under-resourced.
Highly talented, motivated and professional.
Everyone seems to truly care.
Great teamwork, great ability to adapt to new situations on the fly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The cohort is strong. I'm inspired and supported by so many of the people. Any aspect, any role, people are generally honest about their work.
