Mr. Jeffrey K. Norman, also known as Jeff serves as a Partner at TRG Healthcare, LLC. Mr. Norman served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center LLC from November 9, 2009 to August 23, 2011. Mr. Norman served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Scottsdale Healthcare Corp. Mr. Norman joined Scottsdale Healthcare Corp. in May 2005. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of St. Vincent's Health System in Jacksonville, Florida. He developed and executed a strategic growth program for the system including recruitment of doctors and development of physician employment infrastructure and joint ventures. He is credited with improved labor productivity, reduced supply chain costs and enhanced management accountability. He served as chief executive officer at Phoenix Baptist Hospital and Medical Center, part of Vanguard Health Systems. He has more than 30 years of executive experience at hospital systems in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Illinois. He has also held other executive leadership positions in university hospitals and community hospitals. Mr. Norman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1974 and Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979.
