Executive Bio

Ms. Rhonda Forsyth serves as the President of Scottsdale Lincoln Health Network at Scottsdale Healthcare Corp and HonorHealth. Previously Ms. Forsyth served as the President of HonorHealth until December 2016. She focused on transforming healthcare operations, expanding ambulatory and physician networks, developing information systems and creating accountable care and population health. She served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at John C. Lincoln Health Network, Inc. since April 2009. She also serves with a variety of industry and community groups including the American Hospital Association and Premier Quality Improvement Council. She has more than 20 years of experience in health care administration. She served as Executive Vice President of the Network at John C. Lincoln. Ms. Forsyth joined John C. Lincoln Health Network in 1987 from Samaritan Health Services Inc., where she served as Director of Valley hospital projects. She served as Chief Executive Officer of both John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital and John C. Lincoln Deer Valley Hospital. Until spring 2008, Ms. Forsyth held direct responsibility for the strategic direction and daily operations of John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital. Ms. Forsyth has led the team at North Mountain hospital through a time of growth and expansion. She serves as ASU Dean's Council and as a Trustee of Brophy College Preparatory. She is a member of Greater Phoenix Leadership, Charter 100 and the Arizona Women's Forum. She served in a variety of business, arts and community organizations, including Better Business Bureau, Phoenix Boys Choir and the American Cancer Society. She was a Member of Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) at Premier. She is a Valley Business Leader. Ms. Forsyth earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College.
