Ms. Wendy Crawford has been Senior Vice President of HonorHealth since October 24, 2016 and has been its Chief Human Resources & Marketing Officer since April 24, 2017. Ms. Crawford served as Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer of HonorHealth since February 27, 2017 until April 24, 2017 and also served as its Chief Human Resources Officer until February 27, 2017. Ms. Crawford leads talent acquisition, retention, employee development, benefits/compensation and employee relations and people strategy for HonorHealth employees and physicians. She has a strong focus on attracting and keeping a talented workforce to provide the best patient care and support of patient care. Ms. Crawford has more than 30 years' experience as a human resources executive and consultant in a wide range of healthcare organizations, including Scripps Health in San Diego and SSM Health in St. Louis. Her expertise includes executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, innovative problem solving and process improvements. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University and a master's degree in administration and management from the University of Michigan.
