Overall, growth stalled over the past two years as the company re-focused on the enterprise. But the efforts are starting to pay off.

Smart, grounded, fun people in most departments. Sales and engineering are bro-ish.

Cool offices, pet-friendly. Increasingly political, some in-fighting between departments. New leaders rule by fear. CEO is pretty much MIA.

High level of trust and autonomy. No punch in/punch out system. Everyone is amazing to work with and willing to help out.
