Quarterly bonuses are open to sales team.
The best part is the equity.
Flexible workplace no in office requirement.
Virtually unlimited paid vacation, but even more importantly, you are actually encouraged to take time off and to rest. The work-life balance at this company is absolutely phenomenal!
Review from Operations Dept
The flexible/unlimited PTO is the best benefit at HopSkipDrive.
unlimited vacation time and rewards for working as a team
open vacation time, low rates.
Review from Operations Dept
At HopSkipDrive I believe I am being paid a competitive salary and am given multiple great benefits including stock options, unlimited PTO (which creates a great work/life balance), and great medical coverage options.
Review from Marketing Dept
Quarterly bonus opportunity if goals are met.
Great benefits in the company. Salaries might be slightly lower than market but other parts of the compensation makes up for it (stock, healthcare, etc)
A wide variety of options so that I can pick and choose the best benefits package for my specific circumstances.
the best part is equity
Competitive salary and unlimited PTO
It's on par with market averages and well rounded.
The unlimited PTO is definitely the best perk -- and you are genuinely encouraged to take time off whenever you want/need to.
I'm getting paid more than I was at my last job
The unlimited PTO is great!
everything about my compensation package is great.
401K, great choices in insurance plans, unlimited PTO!
My commission structure and base salary
I feel we should full PPO coverage, higher salaries, and larger equity grants
Review from Sales Dept
I do not feel undervalued. I would just like to see full health benefits for PPO and some wellness stipends especially working from home
Review from Sales Dept
Making sure that an employee's salary aligns with their growth within the company over time.
Review from Operations Dept
Pay on pay with industry standard and reflective of dedication & workload.
Review from Operations Dept
Our department's labor is undervalued. I would feel better if I made $25 an hour.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Salary level is not commensurate with experience or market
Review from Sales Dept
When I got a promotion it didn't seem like the compensation was in line with the title bump / increased responsibilities.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Compensation is lower than the industry standard.
Review from Sales Dept
If it was market value for what is actually needed to be successful for the role. We would attract and retain highly qualified candidates and not hire less than qualified candidates (which invariably lead to high turnover and more overall cost to the company).
Review from Customer Support Dept
When I inquired about moving up I was told my manager didn't want to lose me. Not inspiring as this is not supportive of me and my growth. Many positions that could have been filled internally with promotions were hired externally. Compensation is not adequate and not equivalent with cost of living.
Review from Operations Dept
I don't make a living wage for the city I live in. I am positive I do more work than people the same title as me, but I am paid the same and don't have a better title. The benefits are good, but expensive. I would like to earn bonuses, have better title, be compensated for the work I do.
Review from Customer Support Dept
As a salaried employee I work about 60-70 hours a week, and I don't feel as if the work is distributed as well as it could be.
Higher salary, or more opportunities for an increase in salary.
