Every day I'm challenged at work. I'm never bored! Each employee is given a lot of discretion in deciding how to best do their work as long as results are achieved.

Seeing children get were they need to go in safe transportation.

Working directly with educators to help solve the issues they are having getting their students home and to school safely. We are an alternative to bussing and vans and are often supporting individual students who, without HopSkipDrive, wouldn't have any other options.

At HSD we work hard to improve the lives of people in our communities. That purpose, combined with the amazing culture is what makes me most happy.
