C. Dean Metropoulos — Executive Chairman at Hostess Brands

Mr. C. Dean Metropoulos serves as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of C. Dean Metropoulos & Co. Mr. Metropoulos has been an Executive Chairman of Hostess Brands, Inc. (formerly, Gores Holdings, Inc.) since November 3, 2016. He serves as an Executive Chairman of Hillsdown Holdings PLC. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Foods Corp. He is Co-Owner at CDM Hostess Class C, LLC. He serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CDM Investor Group LLC. Mr. Metropoulos has over 30 years of experience in acquiring and restructuring businesses in the U.S., Mexico and Europe. Since 2013, Mr. Metropoulos has served as the Executive Chairman of certain subsidiaries of Hostess and member of the Hostess board. He was the Owner and Chairman of Pabst Brewing Company, Inc. He served as the President of Heritage Brands, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC (also known as Pinnacle Foods Group Inc.) since March 19, 2004 and served as its Chairman from March 19, 2004 to April 2, 2007. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of International Home Foods from November 1996 to June 2000 and Aurora Foods, Inc. since March 19, 2004. From 1983 to 1993, Mr. Metropoulos served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stella Foods Inc. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Morningstar Group Inc. from March 17, 1994 to 1997. He was the Owner of brands such as Bumble Bee, chef Boyardee, Duncan Hines, Ghiradelli and Vlasic among others. He served as the President of Morningstar Group Inc. from March 1994 to December 1995. He served in a variety of U.S. and international executive positions with GTE Corp., including Vice President and General Manager-Europe and Vice President and Controller of GTE International. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bumble Bee Foods, LLC (also known as Bumble Bee Seafoods Inc.). He served as an Executive Chairman of Premier Foods PLC (formerly, Premier International Foods PLC) from September 1999 to January 2002. He served as a Non-Executive Chairman of Premier Foods PLC from September 1999 to May 13, 2004. He has been a Director of Hostess Brands, Inc (formerly, Gores Holdings, Inc.) since November 3, 2016. He serves as Trustee of Babson College. He serves as a Director of Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. He has been a Director of HD Supply Waterworks Ltd. (also known as National Waterworks Inc.) since November 22, 2002. He has been Director at National Waterworks Holdings, Inc. and since November 22, 2002. He served as a Director of LIN Television Corporation and Lin Holdings Corp. since May 1998. He served as a Director of Morningstar Group Inc. since December 1993.
