Mr. John F. Schultz appointed to the Board of Umpqua Holdings Corporation in September 2015. Mr. Schultz has been Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Hewlett Packard Enterprise since November 2015 and has been its Chief Legal & Administrative Officer since December 2017. He served as Director of Micro Focus International plc from September 01, 2017 December 20, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Hewlett-Packard Company ('HP') and served as a Member of the HP Executive Counsel from April 2012 to November 2015. He was previously Deputy General Counsel, Litigation Investigations and Global Functions with HP from September 2008 to April 2012. From March 2005 to September 2008, Mr. Schultz was a partner in the litigation practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a law firm, where, among other clients, he supported HP Co. as external counsel on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters. He studied Bachelor's Degree from Albright College and L.L.B from University of Pennsylvania- Law School.
