HSBC Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pension and share plans are superb.

High number of Annual leave days , predictable variable pay

I really appreciate my bonus

The number of vacation days

The benefits offered by the bank

Annual Bonus which is not part of the CTC

The health coverage is quite wide.

Reasonably competitive but not the best in the market, as I moved for better elsewhere. However, this was not the main reason I left.

It's enough and work life balance is good

The salary and the other benefits are very good

Getting one becaue i havea disability

My yearly bonus and hike

The annual benefits enrolment, some of which are fully funded by the company, others which are part funded by yourself and subsidised by the company and others which are fully funded by yourself but at a reduced rate are all worthy benefits. Share scheme is another and the Pension match scheme.

Review from IT Dept

Perfect compensation in class as back

Better pension than the government mandatory one

Shift allowances and basic salary

Paid Maternity Leave of six months

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like the medical coverage I receive is top notch.

Review from Operations Dept

bonus and salary increase every year

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yearly bonus are non-existent or low. Even if you work 16 hrs a day your bonus is almost nothing. Salary increase is non-existent. Everybody is quitting.

Yes. Recognition besides the money.

They cut my bonus by 100% with zero explanation despite saving the firm a tangible 10m USD.

Management fear and grudges are endemic

Because my job was sent over sees

They discriminate based on race and age

Paid very less as per the markst value

if it were two times higher

They could increase the employee matching.

Review from Operations Dept

No pay raise was given out last year

Value employee achievements and invest in your people.
