What is the best part about your compensation package?
Employee Assistance Program that enables employees to seek counseling, basic legal counsel, and other answers dealing with elder or childcare.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It probably depends on the department, but the leaders that I deal with are good at giving you the room that you need to do your job without micromanaging.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The different departments could stand to work more cohesively together and communicate more effectively. Some departments work better with each other than others, and other departments feel less approachable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a lot of change right now due to the integration with QVC that has people on edge. Some of the changes seem positive while others are causing uncertainty.
