The different departments could stand to work more cohesively together and communicate more effectively. Some departments work better with each other than others, and other departments feel less approachable.

the upper management cares more about how quickly you can assist the customer and move to the next versus the quality of service you are giving each customer. They have also increased prices and the shipping is outrageous and they pushes customers away.
