yes undervalue , with long time I surving

Salary range is in-line with the industry. Everything else is below the standards. Given that at Huawei people work long hours, late nights, early mornings, weekend discussions, etc. Basically for any high position, there is no life!

Chinese get better bonuses, stock options and can have an international career, wich local employees can't.
