no leader ship between other team or department. the only think that there are good is to play the blame game and divert the responsibilty/work to other people.

You can ask them anything and they will always be there to help you.
The chinese don't trust non chinese employees. If you are not chinese there is no career path for you. Chinese don't want to integrate to loacla cultures, they despise other nationalities
