Salary range is in-line with the industry. Everything else is below the standards. Given that at Huawei people work long hours, late nights, early mornings, weekend discussions, etc. Basically for any high position, there is no life!
Chinese get better bonuses, stock options and can have an international career, wich local employees can't.

the hr director cannot speak fluent english. please replace with malaysia people.

creating a right mix at international level of managers, not only chinese plus some fake consultants extremely well paid
Chinese only trust and work with other chinese. Terrible culture. They need to become a global company.
