What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO (unlimited, 2x week long closures, 13 company holidays) and flexible hours

Benefits are competitive with other holding companies, but our unlimited paid time off and 3 weeks of company shutdown time are awesome. The employee stock purchase plan is also very nice to have.
