Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay us a livable wage.

Higher wage and salary. Not too much for all the tons of work that my position demands.

Management will plan on improving in this area.

Work hours improved, pay improves and better environment

Compensation shouls be negotiated based on experience rather than set amounts.

Being ridiculed, talked down to, cursed at and having my personal space invaded

If this property was governed by corporate more often, to where all though owned by a management company still governed on the fact that the hotel chains brand is being used for business, and that employees and staff are apart of that brand!

Stockoptions , a better bonus system.

Salary is less which does not motivate me at all

no insurance options, no paid time off available until after 6 months as a full time employee

Two worlds at Hyatt Managed properties, the Owning Company (Bin Otaiba is flouting every single labour practice and in bad faith to Employees. Only GM's are well remunerated as they are hired by Hyatt

I work harder than anyone else but is paid the same amount

I asked my supervisor to get me signed up for insurance but she never did. The pay isn't great for all the things we do: check-ins, bar & kitchen.
