What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Policies, customer behave, communication with the employees and benefits.
Take the time to evaluate processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Quit going on their coworkers twitter accounts an body shaming them.
We need diversity and inclusive leadership where our manager has to answer for his actions
employees are often late creating shift gaps that people randomly have to cover with little to no notice, some employees are extremely rude and unprofessional, some employees just don't do their job
