What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they will do things every so often to show their appreciation, like a special meal or fun activities outside of work.

I cannot say that I really liked my team leaders. I had few good managers and an amazing GM but in my department it was not very nice. Team leaders were supposed to train me which they did not do

They execute all the concerns we raised. Nothing missed.

Communication, leadership skills and professional behavior

Should take responsibility and maintain Discipline.

We need a new general manager who does show up, advocate for his employees, doesn't have housekeepers fearing for their jobs to rhe point that they have their children helping work shifts and getting sick due to understaffed. We need appreciation for desk staff who are threatened with job security!
