As a trainee, I did not get the training that I wanted when I have applied. But the problem was more from the managers than from the Brand. I think Hyatt is a very nice brand to work with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I cannot say that I really liked my team leaders. I had few good managers and an amazing GM but in my department it was not very nice. Team leaders were supposed to train me which they did not do
