I enjoy working at hyatt because of the people i work with. The directors of all departments are very cheap though so morale will get pretty low from time to time. for instance, when i was hired they told us about the delicious meals we would get each day and now its corndogs twice a week

that they saw enough in me to hire me!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its good that i can cover my daughter for health and dentist benefits.

I like that they will do things every so often to show their appreciation, like a special meal or fun activities outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very well together and stay on top of the various projects we have going. We meet regularly to discuss ways to tackle everything
What makes you most happy at work?
Being left alone to get done what I need to get done. I don't have a lot of micro management happening so I'm able to have the freedom to make my own decisions
