professionalism. The pink office was weird.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The supervisor is rude to associate in front of customers and upper management just sits in the office, never interacting with the staff or customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked my supervisor to get me signed up for insurance but she never did. The pay isn't great for all the things we do: check-ins, bar & kitchen.
