What is the best part about your compensation package?

the healthcare and bonus scheme

I was thankful for the salary I received from the organization.

The company paid health benefits, competitive salary, and great 401k

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i dont find alot of work therefore i cant progress as i should

I feel undervalued because it's like pulling teeth to get responses to my comments from the team and there is a total lack of respect for my role, as though I'm a thorn in their side. I would feel better about my compensation if it matched my title and was more equal to the rest of the team.

I don't feel undervalued, but I would like the compensation to improve. Higher commission since there isn't an hourly pay. Some kind of health benefit or bonus?
