What are some of the best things about your team?

that i work alone and dont have to deal with others

Everyone was very helpful when putting together an event for the organization. I was always busy. I was asked to organize the files and I was praised for a job well done.

people are nice and welcoming

Always answers questions, excited to help, friendly, honest and great support.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Openness , communication and collaboration

Get experience. Too many family members and nepotism.

Respect each other and trust each other. Value each other's diverse opinions.
