Out of 41 I don't see my company employee reviews, 65% were positive. The remaining 35% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping I don't see my company improve their work culture.

I feel undervalued because it's like pulling teeth to get responses to my comments from the team and there is a total lack of respect for my role, as though I'm a thorn in their side. I would feel better about my compensation if it matched my title and was more equal to the rest of the team.
I don't feel undervalued, but I would like the compensation to improve. Higher commission since there isn't an hourly pay. Some kind of health benefit or bonus?

very unstable personality, unethical, and paranoid. It can be improved by firing that person.
