Overall, pleased with the company

cleaning houses organizing closets and or any other space they need done

I enjoyed setting up an Fund Raiser Event. I managed the choice of dinner, to whom a table was advertised for which people were seated at the table. I decorated the invitations and created a mailing list for the envelopes. I managed membership payments, payroll in Quick book, and paid payroll taxes.

Could be better if they hired an assistant. Most people are kind, so it makes the day to day work environment tolerable. Otherwise, there's too many production issues and their way of handling issues is to find who to blame instead of learning from the mistake.

They are helpful and work together as a team player.

i dont find alot of work therefore i cant progress as i should

I feel undervalued because it's like pulling teeth to get responses to my comments from the team and there is a total lack of respect for my role, as though I'm a thorn in their side. I would feel better about my compensation if it matched my title and was more equal to the rest of the team.

I don't feel undervalued, but I would like the compensation to improve. Higher commission since there isn't an hourly pay. Some kind of health benefit or bonus?

that i work alone and dont have to deal with others

Everyone was very helpful when putting together an event for the organization. I was always busy. I was asked to organize the files and I was praised for a job well done.

I learned a lot for the people I worked for. Everyone in the organization were mostly realtors and the rest of the membership were business owners.
