What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Caring about the community and giving back

Friendly and supportive and look after each other.

that i can work at my own pace and my own hours

I learned a lot for the people I worked for. Everyone in the organization were mostly realtors and the rest of the membership were business owners.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

structure and actual management. There's no oversight so people do whatever they want.
