Need better health insurance coverage.
Meeting the market pay, even if just in the area they are doing business. Employees should not have to get 3 jobs just to make ends meet
18 years and I don't make anywhere close to what new employees make. I struggle on a daily basis and feel undervalued.
Recognition of the long hours, time missed with family, unrealistic expectations without the promised compensation.
Accuracy, competency with the finance team in accurately reporting revenue.
