What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The terrible environment comes from the top.
They need to get better at writing fake Glassdoor reviews. It is laughably obvious that the "president" writes many himself.
They need time to train their people.
Leadership are idiots, fire them
Incompetent and mean spirited "president."
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to work from home.
It was good paid but not worth what you had to go through to earn it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop treating people like dirt, learn some empathy.
Being paid better and not yelled at or micromanaged.
I would like to be treated like a human being and just be generally appreciated
Stop throwing temper tantrums and yelling at us!
Better pay, at least fair market value!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
it's hard to be productive after being emotionally abused
They need to develop a thicker skin from being yelled at by the toxic twins.
high churn and bad management leaves most on the frontlines a bit confused
