I enjoy working with the people I get to work with. I feel like I am doing valuable work. And I feel like my efforts are appreciated and recognized by my manager and leadership.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is an overemphasis on bringing in new customers and not taking care of our existing customers. Leadership is obsessed with the "new and shiny" to the detriment of our long-standing customers. They need to pay attention to the base, or it will disappear.
