- What would you improve about your company's interview process?They need to lose the archaic, biased cognitive test (CCAT) that they force everyone to take before they can be interviewed. It's causing them to miss out on quality talent.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There is an overemphasis on bringing in new customers and not taking care of our existing customers. Leadership is obsessed with the "new and shiny" to the detriment of our long-standing customers. They need to pay attention to the base, or it will disappear.
