What makes you most happy at work?I enjoy the daily challenges and opportunity to work with next generation technologies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Supportive leadership and empowerment to do the right thing for customers
What are some of the best things about your team?Global team with solid expertise in both company platforms as well as industry experience to assist customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being constructive, actioning plans and ideas, being transparent
What would you improve about your company's interview process? They need to lose the archaic, biased cognitive test (CCAT) that they force everyone to take before they can be interviewed. It's causing them to miss out on quality talent.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? There is an overemphasis on bringing in new customers and not taking care of our existing customers. Leadership is obsessed with the "new and shiny" to the detriment of our long-standing customers. They need to pay attention to the base, or it will disappear.
