Being constructive, actioning plans and ideas, being transparent
Leadership keeps talking about employee opportunities and growth... but little has been done to put any of this into action. They need to focus on becoming a product-led org if they're going to survive. There are many small up-and-comers that will eat their lunch if they don't start paying attention
internal training, support in learning product knowledge, difficult to learn all things about all products
Eliminating cancerous leadership that has been in place for a decade or longer.
Better 401k matching. Some kind of bonus structure that isn't geared towards Sales. Cost of living adjustments that don't equate to a 4% pay cut.

Priorities need to be reevaluated from the top-down. The c-suite is constantly coming up with features (typically driven by sales) that aren't in the roadmap, and priorities shift constantly with little/no research. Goals need to be better established.
Investing more in people and better distribution of workload so fellow employees don't feel overwhelmed
They need to lose the archaic, biased cognitive test (CCAT) that they force everyone to take before they can be interviewed. It's causing them to miss out on quality talent.
There is an overemphasis on bringing in new customers and not taking care of our existing customers. Leadership is obsessed with the "new and shiny" to the detriment of our long-standing customers. They need to pay attention to the base, or it will disappear.
