What do you like best about the leadership team?
Upper management visits the workers and tries to explain the challenges and the victories the company is having
They need to treat people better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are too many layers of management for a company of this size. Lots of them just get in the way, but there are a few good ones.
Caring about all the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pension plan and 401k and stocks

Some workers take pride in their work. Try to work as a team to make it work smoothly.
The people i work with side by side are great and good people to work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More trust and less pressure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The co workers want a positive work place.
They do care about the customers

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Insiders have the edge. The process is very formal and unoriginal.
Get rid of the star method and HR and have legal in the process very bias and flawed they change the scores to suit buddies or buddies of buddies
