What did you like most about the interview process?
It's the most thorough process I've encountered.
Getting to meet a wide range of team members, which helped me better understand the culture.
I got to meet people at all levels of the organization.
They put you through the paces but they explain why. They believe in taking the time necessary to make sure every hire is a fit.
It is very thorough. They use tests to determine if you are a cultural fit and a fit for the role. It's a win-win because ultimately no one wants to work at a company where they won't fit in.
