What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the recruiting process on, values are always at the forefront of discussion.
Zero egos. The team is open and honest with each other, and shares the same goals of helping our clients and growing Idea Grove.
It's an employee-first model. The health and well-being of the team comes before money every time.
People are supportive of one another. There is refreshingly lack of politics and power trips.
Flexibility and positive reinforcement make the environment comfortable but also goal-oriented.
We are all about growth and helping our existing team grow alongside the company. When the company succeeds, we succeed. I wholeheartedly enjoy off-site events with my team because I like who I work with and I believe we are all supportive, fun and hardworking!
