Lack of motivation, do not see the value in the work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings need to start on time and need better communication tools.

They need to be more transparent with their goals and help the workers prioritize the company objectives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care company is horrible and the HR department does not provide any support. I am totally dissatisfied with the health benefits and switch to my wifes plan for this reason.
