Ms. Wendy Goldberg serves as Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President of iHeartMedia, Inc. since December 2011 and February 2011 respectively. She served as Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment LLC. She served as Executive Vice President of Communications at iHeartMedia, Inc. She served as an Executive Vice President for Marketing & Communications at Clear Channel Media and Entertainment since February 7, 2011. She served as Vice President of Business Development & Strategy for Hearst Entertainment & Syndication of The Hearst Corporation from April 2009 to February 2011. She served as Senior Vice President of Communications of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. (also known as Six Flags Inc.) from January 2006 to 2007, where she was a member of Six Flags's senior management team and was responsible for all aspects of Six Flags's strategic communications, investor relations and public positioning. Ms. Goldberg served as a Senior Advisor to Pilot Group, LLC, the New York-based private equity firm run by Bob Pittman. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing management and strategic counsel to companies and executives. Most recently, she developed and directed communications strategies as Senior Adviser at the Pilot Group LLC, where she also advised Pilot Group partner and longtime media executive Bob Pittman on positioning and tactics related to the Pilot Group's portfolio companies. She served as Vice President of communications at America Online and then at Pilot Group, LLC (also known as AOL Time Warner Inc.) from 1997 to 2002, she established and managed the communications strategy for the business, advertising and commerce aspects of the America Online's operations and served as a America Online spokesperson. She served as an independent communications consultant for four years. She serves as a Director of FlyClique Inc. Ms. Goldberg holds a Master's degree in public administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
