Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I can't pay my bills. I can't afford their cushy benefits because i get paid so little i can barely make rent.

Hired as a part-timer, but I worked consistently as a full-time 32+ hours employee, but they never promoted me to full-time so my benefits were minimal.

Review from Sales Dept

it is not fair in comparison with the task we do

I would like to have a performance bonus

You have people coming in off the street and they are making the exact same amount of money that you make after being here 17-20 yrs and it not fair

Review from Operations Dept

Good benefits horrible hourly pay

doing more with less hours is stressful

IKEA used to hold value for talent and compensate accordingly. Now they would rather sacrifice talent to pay as low a salary as possible. The talent vacuum has a knock on effext on the daily experience of the average worker.

New hires are getting paid same or more based on experience that the workers that have been there for years.

Manual labor paid at an unlivable wage.

Going back to the leadership team, they'd rather go trial & error almost all the time than rely on tried & test success models.
