Yearly ticket back home ,2 days off and double pay in public holidays, health insurance and growth in career
On time salary and decent pay
The PTO and time off package provides space for work life balance

Holiday pay as well as understanding situations where your not mentally fit so give days off

everyone is funny and supprtive and help you out when needed
