That it's fair. I know that it's checked against market rate and so the issue of money is never on the table.

The focus on wellbeing at Immersive Labs is emphasized at every turn. We are given access to funds to learn anything we want and also access to a meditation app. We also have Wellness Wednesdays which have included fun activities for us to try.

Better engagement with the management

Health insurance policy is rubbish

As a start up, we know there are some areas of improvement for shares and benefits and it has been acknowledged that this is an area for improvement - knowing IL as I do, I have no doubt changes are imminent, we're always adapting for the benefit of staff and customers.

Sadly, due to remote working in a different country, stock options are not available and most of the benefits and perks cannot/do not apply which is a little disappointing but understandable to a degree.
