Health insurance policy is rubbish
As a start up, we know there are some areas of improvement for shares and benefits and it has been acknowledged that this is an area for improvement - knowing IL as I do, I have no doubt changes are imminent, we're always adapting for the benefit of staff and customers.
Sadly, due to remote working in a different country, stock options are not available and most of the benefits and perks cannot/do not apply which is a little disappointing but understandable to a degree.
