Being at the actual office is stressful. But working with the client is amazing.

They are concerned with cuts in hours and benefits. Not our welfare or our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is a constant battle to be given appropriate hours to work. Benefits are horrible. Better benefits and to not have to battle for hours. To not be lied to.
