Helping and interacting directly with the person I care for. The other people in the location can be stressful to deal with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work can be very taxing, and the pay is below minimum wage. The union had to fight to get basics like sick pay.

Clients are mostly kind & thankful. Once I get a hold of the main office, the person thanks me for the work I do, & says the caregivers are needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Its really hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone, if I need help with anything or need a question answered. I have waited on hold & then either disconnected or forced to leave a message, & they don’t always call back. You must call repeatedl
