I care for a persons life and get paid less than minimum wage.

Unclear how to answer. There needs to be more communication and actual checking into peoples cases.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The client is unbearable and not very nice. I would like a new client but its hard to get a switch although the company calls all the time
