In-N-Out Burger Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The medical benefits are awesome.

that i earn so much

schooling is nice and stuff

Being able to make the money that I do.

I don't have to worry about my future if anything wrong happens, and I know the company has my back.

I get dental and medical care

Review from Sales Dept

In-N-Out is very generous in compensation and perks.

Pay is fairly good, they also have sick and vacation hours. Benefits almost like a full time job.

We get compensation for colleges and miles.

I love the dental and healthcare aid.

above minimum wage and provide flexible shifts

Very generous and match 3-1

The best part would be the pet insurance I guess

Base pay with bonuses or other industry lead

The vacation and helsth benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

she tries harder each time to be better

Review from Operations Dept

The money. That's about it

Medical is good. I like the assistance program.

I can invest for my future and my children's future.

base pay plus overtime. plus they pay you for meetings, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't get any benefits or anythings. It would be nice when I work to at least get a actual meal and just not a burger.

Review from Sales Dept

Didnt get paid for 2 months manager didnt put me on schedule. was a good employee, i feel there was animosity some type of feeling towards me

Review from Customer Success Dept

I shouldn't be asked to cover my tattoos or have to keep my hair a certain length. As long as I show up to work presentable with a great attitude, ready to help the team and customers the best way I can. That is all that should matter. Point blank period.

I am undervalued and I am worked past being tired on a typical day at work.

they dont treat me fair i wish they would

With the exception is a few managers, everyone belittles you and are quick to throw you under the bus. Also I am a level 3 and have been getting paid at level 2 rate.

More opportunities to move up and it not being so much about politics

Keep your commitment to the time I need to be done, i.e., my scheduled hours. You are hypocrites for not respecting Christian day of rest on Sundays. Between not sticking to schedules hours and being biased against Catholics and Christians, by never allowing full Sundays off, your website is lying.

Review from Customer Support Dept
