At this point, nothing really. I have been trying to find another job because mentally it is exhausting. The managers are some of the biggest issues, yelling and putting me down. Having anxiety attacks and crying doesn't make being at work better. Unable to express issues with out being blamed.

Everyone is working to improve themselves. Their is a positive atmosphere. Everyone is friendly towards each other or at least tolerate each other. Customer is the #1 priority so their is no room for drama. Employees are happy and customers see that.

Management doesn’t care what experience and qualifications you have. They only care about how nice you are. This makes associates have a fake façade and not really care. They will still try to through you under the bus
