What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training, kindness, team building/support, active listening and paying attention to needs/feelings of associate
The human resoruce leaders do not show care.
We need a new manager she does bot treat everyone equal
They can start doing better by practicing what they preach with their supervisors and managers. It is easy to tell when managers are putting on a fake reply or not going to do anything.

The medical benefits are awesome.

schooling is nice and stuff
Being able to make the money that I do.
I don't have to worry about my future if anything wrong happens, and I know the company has my back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get any benefits or anythings. It would be nice when I work to at least get a actual meal and just not a burger.

Didnt get paid for 2 months manager didnt put me on schedule. was a good employee, i feel there was animosity some type of feeling towards me

I shouldn't be asked to cover my tattoos or have to keep my hair a certain length. As long as I show up to work presentable with a great attitude, ready to help the team and customers the best way I can. That is all that should matter. Point blank period.
I am undervalued and I am worked past being tired on a typical day at work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The "young" associates keep me invigorated and I hope I can pass along some wisdon and life experences. I also have fun with them and joke around.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better pay and better management of respect
Learning how to work as a team. Learning how to talk to each other. Learning that if something is wrong we all need to say something instead of one person. Lots of people go home crying or upset at the end of the day. Yet no one tries to fix the problems

The culture of the company is good just not in HR.
Management doesn’t care what experience and qualifications you have. They only care about how nice you are. This makes associates have a fake façade and not really care. They will still try to through you under the bus

that they take time to get to know you
My interviewing manager was fantastic. Really tried to get to know me. My accomplishments, my goals
How my managers made me comfortable. I was nervous but they made me feel welcomed.
That I had multiple interesting questions like, what plans do you have for your future?
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Someone needs to know at fullerton store amd managers what they are doing tk employees

The Recruiters are not responsive at all.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the little kids have a fun itme with hats, stickers, puzzle books plus the fries and sometimmes milkshaked. The "grandpa" in me reslly comes out when serving kids and helping frazzled patents.
