They can start doing better by practicing what they preach with their supervisors and managers. It is easy to tell when managers are putting on a fake reply or not going to do anything.

I shouldn't be asked to cover my tattoos or have to keep my hair a certain length. As long as I show up to work presentable with a great attitude, ready to help the team and customers the best way I can. That is all that should matter. Point blank period.

Learning how to work as a team. Learning how to talk to each other. Learning that if something is wrong we all need to say something instead of one person. Lots of people go home crying or upset at the end of the day. Yet no one tries to fix the problems

Management doesn’t care what experience and qualifications you have. They only care about how nice you are. This makes associates have a fake façade and not really care. They will still try to through you under the bus
