They all came up through the ranks and just in to help, train and evaluate during their visits.

good sometimes they are too overwhelmed but otherwise they are great

Great managers, not much of a power trip environment. Everyone strives towards working to be a better employee. Managers and supervisors are not bossy like in a typical corporate job.

Their ability to excercise empathy and yet demand perfection

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training, kindness, team building/support, active listening and paying attention to needs/feelings of associate

The human resoruce leaders do not show care.

We need a new manager she does bot treat everyone equal

They can start doing better by practicing what they preach with their supervisors and managers. It is easy to tell when managers are putting on a fake reply or not going to do anything.

Being Equal in work ethic and lots more opportunities

They do not respect my parents nor my need for Sundays off. Managers never stick to the schedule, and I have missed commitments because they ALWAYS let me off 1-2 hours late. I never get Sundays off. If I were Jewish or Mormon, would they respect a day of rest? Manager won't give me Sundays off.
