Team oriented enviornment, no drama, and a lot of coworkers work hard and try their best to imprive their work ethics.

Mostly everyone is kind and easy to make a conversation with.
We work soooo hard! And we win! We are highly efficient and effective. Yes there are some bad apples but we rally around them and all help bring them up.
Most of them work incredibly hard. Words might not be enough to describe it.

Better pay and better management of respect
Learning how to work as a team. Learning how to talk to each other. Learning that if something is wrong we all need to say something instead of one person. Lots of people go home crying or upset at the end of the day. Yet no one tries to fix the problems
