Worked their for two and a half years. The work culture is amazing. Never dreaded a day of working. A free burger, fries and drink a day made the work day even better. No work drama and they paid fairly well for a college student. They kept standard, quality and customer service. I miss working here

Pay is fairly good, they also have sick and vacation hours. Benefits almost like a full time job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team oriented enviornment, no drama, and a lot of coworkers work hard and try their best to imprive their work ethics.

They focus on what kind of person you are. Friendly, motivated and like to talk to people. Perfect for creating a great atmosphere
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great managers, not much of a power trip environment. Everyone strives towards working to be a better employee. Managers and supervisors are not bossy like in a typical corporate job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not a stressful environment despite of how many customers you get in a day. The day-to-day operations are very effective and it makes the day go by fast and easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is working to improve themselves. Their is a positive atmosphere. Everyone is friendly towards each other or at least tolerate each other. Customer is the #1 priority so their is no room for drama. Employees are happy and customers see that.
