As. an 80 year old senior I have enjoyed I n Out as a customer at more than 50 locations. Four years ago I got board with retirement and got hired on as the DR Host for store #170. Coming to work everyday is like spending time with friends. If a regular customer doesn't show up gor awhile I worry
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Peoples positive attitudes i.e. management, assiciates and customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all came up through the ranks and just in to help, train and evaluate during their visits.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was older and more experienced than my manager by 50 years. I had hired, trained and fired employees over the years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The "young" associates keep me invigorated and I hope I can pass along some wisdon and life experences. I also have fun with them and joke around.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the little kids have a fun itme with hats, stickers, puzzle books plus the fries and sometimmes milkshaked. The "grandpa" in me reslly comes out when serving kids and helping frazzled patents.
