Great teamwork and good coworkers. It is a fun place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
We do get a chance to make our own burger during our lunch time, this is a great benefit, might not be good to overall health, but helps out now and then.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company offers great benefits and good pay. Over the years we are working more holidays, we used to get the July 4th off, but not anymore, this shows a greater emphasis on profit. It does not feel like a family anymore, but it is still an ok place work.
